Knock, knock! (Posthumorous) is the first project between Commonwealth and Council and Pippa Venus Garner, and the first solo exhibition organized posthumously by the artist’s estate. The exhibition centers on materials Garner described as “posthumorous,” including implants, altered garments, drawings, and personal documents, foregrounding her use of humor, desire, and self-archiving as artistic practice.
