Secret Harmonies is an installation of new porcelain sculptures by Monica Banks. Presented as a room sized environment, the work consists of botanical forms modeled from life and suspended across the space. Observing flowers at multiple stages, Banks creates sculptural records of growth and decay, incorporating subtle surreal elements drawn from domestic objects. The installation considers impermanence, observation, and still life through detailed ceramic form.
