"So-Long, Bobby" is a group exhibition at Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery, inspired by Deborah Bright's reimagining of a sign seen after Robert Kennedy's assassination. The show features works expressing admiration and hope amidst loss, including Timothy Hull’s tribute to Gianni Versace’s glamor, Keith Mayerson’s portrait of Billie Jean King, Clintel Steed’s drawing of Desmond Tutu, and Alicia Gibson’s rebellious “Die Yuppie Scum.” Together, the pieces reflect nostalgia for progress and the ongoing need for joyful resistance.
