Teiku is an Aramaic term meaning "let it stand," used in Talmudic discourse to denote unresolved debates, deferred until the arrival of the messiah. The photographs in this exhibition reflect a similar unresolved nature, capturing abstract still lifes of scavenged trash, revered objects, and natural components. Using a Polaroid camera passed down from the artist’s father, the images employ recycled film and cartridges to extend the camera's life, embodying impermanence and ephemeral beauty.
