Tether is a group exhibition of Irish visual artists living and working in New York. The works consider how identity persists across migration, shaped by memory, language, landscape, and the body. Rather than defining Irishness as fixed, the exhibition traces forms of attachment and distance, situating diasporic practice within a broader history of movement, influence, and continuity.
