In The Fourth Wall, Minjung Lee presents sculptural colored-pencil drawings of the backs of domestic furniture, rendered with uncanny precision. Installed as a narrow walkway encircling an unseen room, viewers encounter uneven screws, clock batteries, and label residue from the margins. Drawing on her experience as a foreigner and mother, Lee turns peripheral space into a charged interior, where meticulous texture records time spent looking in from outside.
