Melissa Stern: The Talking Cure concludes its national tour at A Hug From The Art World. The project features twelve off-balance ceramic humanoids paired with drawings. Twelve writers composed monologues for selected figures, which were then recorded by actors; visitors access the audio via QR codes, completing a chain of interpretation. Named after Freud’s term for psychoanalysis, the work invites reflection, collaboration, and attentive looking.
