The Unicorn, and Other Creatures of Hope is a solo exhibition of new paintings by Emma Kathleen Hepburn Ferrer. Centered on the unicorn as a symbolic figure, the works examine ideas of liberty, captivity, sacrifice, and transcendence. Drawing on Christian and pagan iconography, Ferrer approaches ritual and mythology through a spiritual lens shaped by the European landscape and long-standing engagement with medieval imagery.
