“The Useful Life of Objects” brings together New York–based artists Ronen Gamil, Baseera Khan, Armita Raafat, and Justin Sterling, who work with materials diverted from waste streams. Through sculpture, installation, painting, and hybrid forms, the exhibition considers how discarded matter can be reactivated as cultural record. By extending the lifespan of surplus, scraps, and remnants, the works reveal how objects carry memory, value, and meaning beyond consumption.
