Enrique Martínez Celaya (b. 1964, Havana, Cuba) is a Cuban-American artist and writer whose paintings, sculptures, and installations explore memory, identity, exile, longing, and belonging. Drawing on literature, philosophy, science, and personal experience, he creates poetic images of landscapes, animals, and solitary figures that examine the relationship between the inner life and the natural world.
