“These Walking Glories” presents Sage Ni’Ja Whitson’s Illumination Catalogue, a project honoring Black transgender lives through ceremonies conducted at sites of loss across multiple states. The exhibition includes ritual materials, essences, photographs, sound archives, and performances developed during the artist’s residency.
