Masaomi Yasunaga: Traces of Memory

Institute of Contemporary Art Miami
Exhibition on view: Dec 2, 2025 - Mar 22, 2026

Masaomi Yasunaga’s first major US museum exhibition presents recent works and a site-specific installation that expand the possibilities of ceramics. Using Tebineri hand-building with glaze, minerals, and glass powders, he fires pieces buried in sand or porcelain, revealing textured, excavated forms that reflect his experimental approach.
