A multigenerational summer group exhibition at Jenkins Johnson's New York space (June 26-August 19, 2026) bringing together artists with widely divergent practices, including Patrick Alston, Ben Aronson, Dewey Crumpler, Patrick Eugene, Liam Everett, Genevieve Gaignard, Mildred Howard, Esther Mahlangu, Nnenna Okore, Gordon Parks, and Andre D. Gordon Parks

Gordon Parks (1912–2006) was an influential American photographer, filmmaker, writer, and composer whose work documented race, poverty, civil rights, and everyday life. As the first Black staff photographer at *Life* magazine, he created some of the 20th century’s most iconic images. Parks later became a pioneering Hollywood director, best known for *Shaft* (1971).
