Transcriptions, Apparitions presents new works by Julia Fish, including site specific interventions, works on paper, and a collage based photographic object that extend her long study of architectural elements from her home into the gallery. Thresholds, floors, light, and spatial orientation are translated through her encoded color logic into visual evidence of lived experience, merging domestic and exhibition spaces as intertwined sites.
