Kate Teale: Vanishing Points draws from the historic industrial architecture of Dumbo and Smack Mellon’s interior. Using graphite and charcoal on Tyvek, Teale renders windows, columns, and thresholds that blur interior and exterior space. The work considers architecture as both shelter and structure, examining time, fragility, and the relationship between human bodies and the built environment through layered, near-abstract drawings.
