Sahar Khoury (born 1973) is an American sculptor known for improvisational works combining ceramic, cement, metal, papier-mâché, and found materials. Based in Oakland, she creates assemblage-like forms that merge abstraction with personal, political, and cultural themes. Influenced by anthropology and community research, her practice highlights structural vulnerability and everyday resilience. She has exhibited widely, including at SFMOMA, where she received the 2019 SECA Art Award.
