Luhring Augustine presents Wish Maker, a solo exhibition of new works by Salman Toor, on view from May 2 to June 21, 2025. Spanning both gallery locations, the show features paintings and, for the first time, a dedicated selection of works on paper. Toor explores queer, diasporic identity through emotionally charged scenes that shift between public tension and private comfort. His figures inhabit imagined worlds that intertwine history, personal narrative, and contemporary experience.
