El Espacio 23 is a contemporary art space founded by collector and philanthropist Jorge M. Pérez, housed in a repurposed 28,000-square-foot warehouse in Allapattah. It presents rotating exhibitions, artist residencies, and public programs drawn from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection, with significant holdings in Latin American, African diasporic, and contemporary art.
