The Creative Growth Deaf Artist Group makes its exhibition debut with Deaf Stars Shine, on view July 17 through August 29, 2026 at Creative Growth Art Center in Oakland. The opening celebration on July 17 features remarks, a live DJ, and button-making, and guests receive balloons they can hold against speakers to feel the music's vibrations. A descriptive and tactile tour, primarily for Blind and low vision visitors, accompanies the exhibition.
