SIMILITUDES: Color, Form, Friendship brings together paintings by Helen Frankenthaler and sculptures by Anthony Caro, framing their five-decade friendship as an active site of creative exchange. Both shaped by Clement Greenberg's encouragement toward a spatial, chromatic abstraction, the two artists sustained a dialogue of studio visits, letters, and mutual influence during their careers. The exhibition explores the permeability between their practices and the generative force at the heart of their friendship.
