Kadar Brock: coming home at Miles McEnery Gallery marks his first solo exhibition there. Through cycles of layering, sanding, and cutting, Brock erodes and rebuilds canvases, creating works shaped by chance and excavation. His process reveals traces of time and memory, intertwining personal history with imagery from the New Age religion of his childhood, transforming both surface and past into charged, multilayered compositions.
