Ruth Asawa's Lasting Joy: Asawa Family Selections pairs twenty life cast masks of Asawa's family members with each one's favorite Asawa artwork and their own written account of why they chose it. Selections range from a surfboard, jewelry and a giant Celastic head to rarely seen sketchbooks, paintings and wire sculptures, an intimate record of the artist through the eyes of those closest to her.
