Looking Back is the 16th edition of White Columns’ Annual exhibition, selected by New York–based curator and advisor Augusto Arbizo and presented across all gallery spaces. Drawing from artworks encountered in New York City over the previous year, the exhibition reflects Arbizo’s experience of sustained attention, intensity, and discovery, bringing together artists across generations to consider persistence, recognition, and the conditions of art viewing.
