Street Scenes is an exhibition of new street photography by Phil Penman, who has spent over 25 years photographing New York City in sharp, evocative black-and-white. Penman’s editorial work has appeared in National Geographic, Time Magazine, and The Guardian. His contributions to documenting modern American history include works preserved in the 9/11 Memorial and Museum archives and images of the pandemic lockdown acquired by the U.S. Library of Congress. Named one of the “52 Most Influential Street Photographers,” he also teaches globally for the Leica Akademie.
