ISCP and Canal Projects present Triumphant Currents, Auspicious Winds, a major public installation by Charlie Perez-Tlatenchi. Featuring an eleven-panel mural and video work, the piece draws from immigrant neighborhoods, religious imagery, and colonial histories. Using commercial materials and global references, Perez-Tlatenchi reflects on trade, migration, and cultural entanglement, transforming Canal Street’s windows into a layered meditation on identity, memory, and erasure.
