Tibor de Nagy Gallery, established in 1950 by Tibor de Nagy and John Bernard Myers, is a contemporary art gallery located at 11 Rivington Street, New York, NY 10002, in the Lower East Side neighborhood. The gallery has a rich history of promoting both emerging and established artists, including Carl Andre, Helen Frankenthaler, Red Grooms, Larry Rivers, Jane Freilicher, and Fairfield Porter. It has also been a significant venue for artists and poets, publishing volumes of poetry by New York School poets such as John Ashbery, Kenneth Koch, and Frank O’Hara.
