Encoding Light is Jim Campbell’s first solo exhibition with bitforms gallery. The exhibition presents historic and newly produced works that investigate perception, memory, and recognition through low resolution moving imagery and LED based installations. Campbell’s practice examines how viewers assemble meaning from limited visual information, positioning light as a material that structures perception rather than representation.
